Mental Health to the Max!

Meet the person behind your care

Kris Oldham is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who's spent his career helping adults feel like themselves again. He founded Totally Psyched on one idea: you shouldn't have to explain yourself before you get help.

Kris Oldham

Meet kris

Kris Oldham has spent his career in adult and older-adult mental health — first as a nurse, then as a nurse practitioner, and now leading his own practice. He started Totally Psyched because too many people were getting fifteen rushed minutes and a prescription, and not much else. He wanted to do it differently: fewer patients, more attention, and a plan that actually gets revisited.

After several years practicing in Florida, Kris is bringing Totally Psyched home to Texas.
